Baby Lima ‘1621’

New high yielding baby lima that is attractive for production and processing in the Midwest and Pacific Northwest

Profile: 1621 is a Gallatin Valley baby lima variety that has been farm tested and is suitable for production in Minnesota, Wisconsin and in the Pacific Northwest. It has good adaptability as it has also been successfully grown in the Central Valley of California. 1621 produces medium flat green seeds that maintain a pale green color at harvest, with demonstrated quality in processing tests and competitive yield of succulent seeds.
